“Yoga asanas (postures) help growing children develop physically, emotionally and psychologically. Yoga is a necessary complement to formal education. By practising this science and art children can grow into healthy and well balanced men and women with strong bodies, clear minds and pure hearts”. (Yoga for Children – S + H Chanchani).
